Десь пів року тому купив собі телефон з інтернетом і почав попадатися на різні уловки Київстара і власні загони. Мав Нокію 11 кілька років і не гриз собі голову, але без мобільного інету вже стало ніяк. Почав користуватися інтернетом XL від Київстара. І почалися в мене всілякі непередбачувані зняття грошей траплятися. То телефон перегружу і він вже через інакшу точку доступу поліз в інтернет, то програма на ноуті OVI сама через блютуз зайде в телефон і через інакшу точку доступу підключить інтернет, а тут бац антивірус оновився і 20-ти гривень нема. Ну і тому подібне, в загальній сумі десь 100 гривень вилетіло в трубу за пів року. Я не особливо плювався через це все, бо в принципі, погоджуюсь, що через свій нубізм попадався, проте хочу висловити своє «Фе» оператору, який не може зробити все просто і не розставляти таких уловок. Я ж користувач, а не дипломований спеціаліст за спеціальністю «не попадись на знімання грошей через незнання нюансів роботи Київстару, які не афішуються»
Але ситуація, яка сталася сьогодні привела мене в шок. Саме за неї хочу розповісти, щоб ви не попадалися також.
Я використувую тарифний план «djuice Бомба» і писав нещодавно в блозі, що «Бомба» 1-го Березня стала дорожчою, але приємним моментом стало щоденне надання 5-ти акційних мегабайт доступу в інтернет. Вже тоді я писав в тій статті, що багато людей попадеться і заюзають понаднормовий трафік, який коштує невиправдано дорого.
От чому не зробити дисконект примусовий, щоб люди не попадались?
І от я потратив гроші знов на вітер. Але вся суть в тому, що на рахунку ще залишилось майже 1,5 МБ, а їх довбанута білінгова система почала жерти з мого рахунку гроші по повній програмі.
Подзвонив до оператора і вияснив, що їх білінгова система резервує наперед мегабайт інтернету при кожній сесії, якщо користуватися Opera Mini, про те що в мене якісь там незавершені сеанси, про те що грошей назад я не отримаю. Ну все стандартно, як завжди, черговий раз попався. Викладаю запис розмови з оператором, там все можете почути самі, щоб довго я не писав тут.

А ще окрему купку гівна, хочу передати компанії Київстар, за те що вона щомісяця знімає з мене гроші (0,5-2грн) за невідомі послуги, про які самі оператори навіть не знають. Пояснюють, що це можливо за вхідні повідомлення від Приватбанка. Це знімання щомісячне виявив випадково, моніторячи витрати в системі «мій Діджус». Знімаєм гроші, а за що, того і самі не знаєм.
Одним словом, компанія Київстар знімає гроші на всяких уловках дурнуватих і псує свою репутацію, принаймні в моїх очах (пригадалось по-ходу примусове увімкнення безкоштовного Діджинглу, а потім тихий перехід того Діджинглу на платну основу. З понтом, ми ж попередили sms-кою про перехід на платність. Думаю, що ще й зараз доять тих хто не прочитав те смс, або не вміє читати латиницею, як одна бабуся знайома).
Не подобається? — не користуйся. Воно то так, але приходиться миритися і штурмити операторів регулярно, з всяких Г, вибирати краще. Всякі Лайфи, МТСи і Білайни теж не кращі.
Ну і на завершення розкрию ще одну уловку, на яку теж неодноразово попався : В проміжку 00:00год — 03:00год в тарифі djuice «Бомба» ви розмовляєте не по 10 коп/хв, а по більше 50-ти копійок в хвилину і користуєтесь не безкоштовними мегабайтами інтернету, а по повній програмі (вроді 10 грн за мегабайт).
З думкою про Вас називається все це.
Я собі підключив мобільний інтернет від Укртелеком. Хоч плачу 60 гривень у місяць але гроші додаткові ніякі не знімає. А mts i djuice тільки для дзвінків.

Київстар певно побачив, що користувачам з OPERA MINI 5 Мб вистачає на цілий день і вирішив якось заробляти все-таки, а не надавати інет безкоштовно. Придумали оці мультисесії з OPERA MINI, адже користувач не може проконтролювати оці нюанси і з нього можна дерти гроші не задумуючись.
Вчора в мене знов зняло 7 грн, а на рахунку ще залишилось 4 безкоштовні мегабайти. 2 дні підряд луплять з мого рахунку гроші, при тому залишаються безкоштовні мегабайти.
Цікаво, що раніше такого жодного разу не помічав. Молодці, підкрутили систему білінга з думкою про нас. Я вже знаю, що не один це замітив, є і інші люди, які помітили аналогічну картину.
Так, цікаві зміни, я їхнім нетом користувався ще того року восени, тоді 1 мегабайт коштував півтори гривні.
Користуючись далі інтернетом через браузер Opera Mini, не використовуючи повністю обсяг акційних мегабайт, коректно завершуючи сесію, перезавантажуючи телефон після кожного сеансу інтернету, Я і далі спостерігаю як Київстар краде гроші з рахунку.
Дзвінки до оператора нічого не дають, там мені розказують про одночасне відкриття кількох сесій і некоректне завершення сесії. Я їм у відповідь кажу, що я вже вкурсі та все роблю коректно. Ну а вони на своєму стоять.
Я ніяк не можу довести свою правоту, а вони продовжують надалі смикати гроші з мого рахунку, замість зняття акційних мегабайт. Не хочу тут виражатися, але Київстар справжні дибіли в цій ситуації, так підло знімати гроші мало б бути соромно.
Може їм якраз на даний момент не вистачає грошей на якийсь проект і вони хочуть їх нашкрябати таким способом?
Але ж не таким підлим способом це робити. Вони ж ніби серйозна компанія, а займаються такою фігнею.
Хм,нюанс він помітив:-) цей нюанс потрібно було не помічати на рахунок Бомби,а у важно слухати умови,перед тим як підключити тариф,де чітко вказано,що “бонусні хвилини та МБ нараховуються в період з 00 по 03″… + є спеціальна комбінація *112# для перевірки хвилин і МБ. А паралельна сесія може включатись ще і в тих випадках,коли ,не дочекавшись завантаження сторінки,яка зараз відкривається, переходити на іншу по посиланню…
Останнім часом не помічаю безпідставного зняття коштів з рахунку при користуванні інтернетом. Думаю, що поправили нарешті цей нюанс.
Дещо не в тему:
Київстар хороший… оператор мобільного зв’язку, але це все.
В мене багато років, всю дорогу одна сімка від київстару, затерта вже ace&base І мене надалі влаштовує якість зв’язку і стабільність тарифу (я навіть хз який в мене тариф, головне нічо не стрибає).
Мої друзі та родичі змінили вже купу сімок за цей час, пригали на лайф в свій час і на білайн потім, “тому що вигідно”, але щоразу це закінчувалось розчаруванням.
А в мене київстар і мене нічо не *бе)
В мене ніколи ніякого спаму від київстару, я ніразу не звертався в службу підтримки, декілька років тому мене автоматом включили в програму лояльності і віддають якісь там відсотки з витраченого, котрі щороку зростають.
Але, натомість я ніколи навіть ммски не юзав, мовчу вже про інтернет. Бо знаю там вже на*обують добре. Просто це вже зовсім інші підрозділи київстару. Навіть діджус вже інша історія.
Інші не інші, але нехай перестануть дурити. Шкода, що не натрапив на цю інформацію раніше. Вже і мене “бомба” розбомбила. Вкрали 27 грн. за начебто паралельні сесії. При тому що залишився ще майже мегабайт. На іншому тарифному плані такого ніколи не було, а там і по 3 сесії бувало. А те, що написали з 0 до 3 ночі йде нарахування інтернету, це вже після моїх неодноразових скарг. Бо до цього писало, що лише тарифні хвилини нараховує, а про інтернет нічого не було вказано. І почали мені інтернет тоді нараховувати майже відразу в 12 ночі.
А зараз взагалі при оновленні міні опери через безкоштовний вай-фай програма “мобільні яндекс карти” перехопила запит на оновлення та відіслала сама без мого відома смс на короткий номер 4161. Відразу зняло 30 грн., а за що, я так і не зрозумів. Нахер викинув і ті мобільні
яндекс карти, і ту міні оперу і цей київстар.
P.S. Автор, зроби щось із сайтом – при написанні посту він буксує як козел і вантажить комп не по дитячому 69-70% CPU. Я розумію, що ти хочеш і сайт популярний мати, і на людьских компах лазити в той час, поки люди щось тут пишуть-читають, але ж не так нагло це роби!
Цікаво, як то сайт так загружає комп? Ніби не важкий, скриптів і флешу обмаль. Можна поконкретніше як Ви визначили, що саме цей сайт є причиною завантаженості вашого компа, бо в мене 10 відсотків проца зараз завантажені, а відкрито і цей і ще десяток сайтів у чотирьох браузерах одночасно.
На андроіді мона однією кнопкою вирубати технічну можливість телефону використовувати мобільний інет. Дуже зручно.
Я вже маю пакетний інтернет, 75 МБ на 25 днів, тарифний план Прорив. Тепер мені нормально. Місячна витрата бабла впала із 150 грн до 50-ти.
Чого тут писати, робіть як я – письмову скаргу в найближче відділення Київстару і всі діла. Нехай вони бачать скільки в них незадоволених клієнтів. Чесно дуже хочеться, щоб хоч Київстар залишився чесним оператором. Бо інакше дійсно хоч не користуйся…
Я вважаю, що та скарга, аналогічна дзвінкові оператора. Поговорив, пожалівся, тобі сказали що ти не прав, хоча так насправді не є. А дальше до керівництва ні скарга ні дзвінок не дійде. Найбільш дієвими методами є перехід до іншого оператора. Тому в Україні майже кожен має по кілька сімок.
Нещодавно товариш розказував, що знов на Бомбі вкрали 2 дні підряд по кілька гривень. Це його вже дістало і він перейшов на Лайф «Шалений день»
Був на контракті в Київстарі. Скарги писав кожен місяць по декілька штук. Так ні одну і не розглянули. Відношення в центрі обслуговування – дуже хамське. Зараз діджус безлім, майже кожен місяць знімаються то 40 грн за інтернет, яким не користувався, цього місяця просто підчистили все до 0.00, оператор сказав що за традиційний доступ до інтернету, яким я не користувався. І ні кому там не докажеш

Схожа ситуація і в мене. З того часу як почали нараховувати безкоштовні мегабайти для доступу в інтернет (в Djuice вже 10 мегабайт), частенько заходив через міні Opera і завжди було все почесному, але нещодавно, бачу по коментарях, що не мене одного, кинули – 7 гривень як і не було! Не багато, але дуже неприємно. Хочеться зацідити в пику голові товариства Київстар за такі “казуси”! Не буду більше заходити з телефона принципово!
Я перейшов на Лайф «шалений день». 40 МБ дають щодня безкоштовно. І ніяких проблем не відчуваю.

А я вже давно перейшов на Лайф «Шалений день» + послуга безлімітний інтернет за 15 грн на місяць і користуюсь інетом скільки влізе, ні в чому себе не обмежую в мережі. Жодного разу не було якихось знімань грошей незрозумілих. Ще й щодня 40 смс безкоштовних на всі оператори українські.
Доброго дня. Мене звати Наталя, хочу сказати своє фе, щоб не гірше. З рахунку домашнього інтернету Київстар перерахували собі бонуси, зламавши при цьому пароль і логін. Оператор нічим не може допомогти, а можливо це і сам Київстар собі таким промишляє. Після такого випадку з цією фірмою взагалі не хочу мати нічого спільного, хоча і користуюсь номером вже років 10. Тепер я зроблю висновки не в кращу сторону Київстару і усім буду не радити цих шахраїв.
Хто не в курсі, київстар колись був у власності Кучми&Сo, а близько 1-2 років назад його продали Білайну. Після цього і почалось це все лайно, що з домашнім інтернетом, що з тарифними планами. Ну не буде щастя для українців від москаля. Київстар – лайно. Я був щасливим його користувачем ще з 2002 року (більше 10 років!), а тепер змушений міняти і мобільний і номер і провайдера інетрнету, бо неможилво далі терпіти таке відношення до клієнтів. А колцентри це взагалі окрема тема, хто має друзів чи знайомих хто там парцював, то умови там взагалі не людські. Одним словом – Київстар це проросійська корпорація, яка нік не заціквлена у покращенні життя простих українців, тмоу їх потрібно виживати з нашого ринку.
Дуже дієвим способом є не платити їм гроші і поширювати інформація про їх свинство. Сам так я і роблю.
Ой,це не дивина, чесно кажучи…Я користувалася Діджус від самих його початків тому що в Карпатах тільки це є в наявності,та переїхавши до міста,а особливо за останній рік я побачила страшні крадіжки і просто “виправдане” здирництво коштів з рахунку.Я взагалі не слухаю їхніх акцій,там чим більше обіцянок тим більше крадіжок завуальованих.Це ніяке не розчарування з вашого боку бо з розчаруванням можна справитись,це обурення за те,що вкрадуть і ще вас винним зроблять!У мене було це неодноразово і гроші ну прлсто щезали з рахунку і я вирішила,що з мене досить і перейшла у мережу лайф,з якої я можу спокійно подзвонити за низькими тарифами як на домашні так і на Київстар,там все дзеркально ясно,гроші які є так і стоять,ніде не зникають по взмаху чарівної палочки…!Інтернет замовляєте і за 30грн.по 100Мб. в день це неможливо навіть використати,немає уловок,професіонали.А ці от,дебіли що раз далі так більше наглості і ще з мене дуру роблять.Як інтернет то інтернет,жодної резервації,не вірте бо потім платите по 10-кратних тарифах навіть якщо подзвоните на номер з мвоєї мережі,і не замітите,що щось у вас десь щезло.Я не люблю коли з мене роблять дуру,тим більше я приносила їм хороший прибуток прибуток.
