Міністерство економічного розвитку, яке повинно займатися економічним розвитком, займається речами прямопротилежними. Створює погіршення умов торгівлі для інтернет-магазинів. Прийняли рішення штрафувати магазини, які не мають офісних приміщень в яких здійснюється оформлення документів купівлі-продажу товарів. Поки це лише проект закону і, надіємось, він ніколи не стане реальністю, адже це просто неприховане нищення цього бізнесу. Багатьом інтернет-магазинам офіс просто непотрібен як такий. І багатьом непосильний фінансово. Це просто знищить багато інтернет-магазинів і зробить безробітними їх власників та працівників.
На мою думку, це є просто лобіюванням інтересів великих продавців побутової та електронної техніки, в яких інтернет-магазини відбирають значний шмат пирога. Проект закону є абсолютно безглуздим з точки зору здорової конкуренції в економіці і негативним явищем для кінцевого споживача товарів, якому прийдеться купувати товар по дорожчим цінам.
Також в проекті закону вказано, що підприємці на єдиному податку не мають права здійснювати бізнес більше ніж на 200 м². Тут я теж не бачу логіки.
Третім аспектом є вже діючий закон, який теж давить інтернет-магазини , а точніше підприємців платників ПДВ. Згідно нього з початком 2011р. підприємці просто не мають права продавати продукцію по перерахунку юридичним особам (ТзОВ, ТОВ, ПП, ВАТ, ЗАТ, …)
В Україні просто давлять дрібний бізнес, занятих своєю справою людей. Чому ж така ненависть до свого народу?
Вот уроди, нагло топчать малий бізнес для інтетересів олігархів… ще мало їм грошей, ще хочуть і тут наживатися. Думаю розстріл – гідне покарання їм ))))
Що, будемо шукати офіс у Львові спільно? Нам він не потрібен так само як і вам. Тому можна винайняти кладовку в якоїсь бабки у забитому селі і нехай там буде наш офіс рахуватися. Вимог ж бо немає який має бути той офіс.
